Pursuant to the provisions of the Nepal-India Transit Treaty, the Company has obtained an agent's license from Indian Customs and has been conducting clearing/forwarding operations from Kolkata Port since the fiscal year 2039/40. Furthermore, as the official representative of the Government of Nepal, the Company has been functioning as the sole entity providing clearing and forwarding services on the route from Kakarbhitta-Panitanki to Phulbari to Banglabandha.
